I can't even set a goal on the app, it's showing 'upgrade your alat life account'. I called the customer care and I was told my address is not yet verified. The account that I opened for the past three weeks. |

My account still inactive for the past 3 months. And i have money in there. Call customer care dey refuse to pick go to wema branch dey say there is nothing dey can do abt it. Send more Dan 300 email message tire. Just begging me DAT it will be resolve. Send tweet everyday. Still telling me to be patient. alat is now looking like a scam to me. i just delete d app. The fustration is just too much. 1 Like |

Nonsense platforms. Takes forever before accounts are verified. Going to three months now since I signed up, my account remains inactive. Too many bottlenecks in utility bill verification. This is is terrible I must confess |
