New Minimum Wage: Has Anyone Received? by Enskynelson(m): 12:12pm On Dec 12, 2019 |
The 2019 minimum wage saga began some years ago but everything seem to have finally been resolved after the last agreement between Labour and the FG in late October 2019. Part of the agreement includes commencement of the New Minimum Wage with immediate effect and an agreed consequential adjustment for GLs above 6. And with those consequential adjustments came questions on whether it is percentage of basic salary or not. We had so many mathematicians and economists who came up with many theories and formulas. Has anyone here received the minimum wage and how has it affected your pay? Please share. NB: I am yet to receive the new minimum wage even as a FG Staff. |
