back to the question. there are 3 ways to fix that;
1. go find the js/jquery that binds it to the DOM(Html tag) and delete it.
2. navigate to the CSS id or class that the Html(footer) is bind to and add this.... "visibility: hidden !important;"
3. follow the same step 2 and add 'opacity: 0 !important;' instead of "visibility: hidden !important;"

if that doesn't work. beep me back.
