your ignorance is legendary, this brings to mind the case of Col. Joe Achuzia of the Biafran Army. You should know that in the army even a Brig Gen is also referred to as a General. In just the same way a 2/Lt can be addressed as a Lieutenant. As for Buhari being the only non-4-star-general HOS, its a lie as big as your head. Ironsi was a Maj Gen. In any case dont forget that the others all promoted themselves to 4-star generals upon seizing power.
