(1)Is it compulsory to have IELTS result or university official letter of English proficiency for PTDF and PREFERRED UNIVERSITY applications?
(2)Concerning this requirement...WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO results as well as the PIN numbers on the application forms to enable PTDF view the O’level results on the relevant website. NO PINS in my time. Biko come to my aid on how to go about this.

I am not applying for this scholarship. As for transcripts, scan it into a size that can fit, or better still scan the parts that show your final CGPA

I used Safari browser and and for the photo you will use your normal picture... jpg format not above 300KB..

I downloaded the Safari browser yesterday, guess what I was able to access the other stages of the application. I think I will be using Safari as my default browser for now

Thanks, I will try it.

I copied and pasted it on Microsoft Word first, right clicked on it and selected tight (it's in one of the options, try searching for it)on the cropping process. After that I selected it all because my transcript is more than 3, and group cropped it. Before you save it convert it to pdf, and save it on desktop. Exit Ms word and right click on the pdf file on your desktop check the properties, if it hasn't reduced to 300kb go back and group crop it again!

you can try using paint on your laptop to reduce it to something like 50kb, then transfer it to your phone and click on print. The option to save as pdf is there and your image will be less than 300kb.

I'll advice you go to nimc office and rectify it using your birth certificate or declaration of age and or waec certificate/ other documents carrying your real DOB

If UK was possible this time, I'd have said you should choose Oil & Gas Law in Robert Gordon university, or Energy Law & Policy in Dundee university, or International Commercial Law in university of Nottingham, etc.

Go through the listed countries/schools and see if there's any law related option listed.
