From the way ur asking dis question, its obvious u want the ansa to be 'yes' so u can mock the east.
But ask urself, how possible is it that some persons after suffering to get a job in a country of high rate of unemployment like Nigeria and is well paid, will choose to resign from the work they managed to get and probably end there means of living simply because the facilities are poor, not because they were said to have gotten a better job. Before they got the job they knew this is Nigeria not America.
As predicted.

So in this case, it is not east but Nigeria.

Meanwhile, if same were to have been in the north or west, then it will strictly be about the region not Nigeria.

Very funny people.

If something happen in the east, they blame it on Nigeria as a whole, but elswhere, they insult the zone and the whole people in that zone down to their forefathers, nawao.

Nna eh u are difficult to teach. The hospital is a state government hospital, if any doctor get a federal job or a job abroad won't he quit??
Please keep quiet if you don't know what to say instead of trying to mislead the public, they resigned together.
Earlier this year they embarked on a strike because of the poor pay, how can a resident doctor in the hospital be earning 140-150k per month and his colleagues in other teaching hospitals both state and federal are earning 200-300k monthly?
Even the doctors in the state civil service even earn less.

That's why I don't listen to their on line ranting. Anambra is one of the states that pays lowest to civil servant in Nigeria. This is not hearsay, I witnessed it in 2011, when these Medical doctors in Anambra went on strike for over 6 months, during Peter Obi tenure
Doctors in Anambra state are the least paid in the country both at the teaching hospital and those in the state civil service

Why can't they get 100%?

What is 70 percent of salary? .
They are actually paid about 40%, these are facts I know because I mingle with some of them.

So a fed job in the zoo can have a better condition of service than in the east? But I thought the service condition of medical practitioners in the east is competitive with countries like US, Germany Canada etc
You're just sense.less. See what you typed. I believe you're a tribalist. You don't deserve any reply.

shocked shocked
135k for a specialist?
No wonder they all left undecided
As at 8yrs ago when I did my service,a friend in the camp said she was paid 130k to work 1 yr as Dr without borders before she went for service. A new Dr that didn't have any working experience yet o. Just imagine.
Shame on these politicians.
he's a liar. A consultant is not paid N135k there. In fact, nowhere in Nigeria is a consultant paid N135k. Newly graduated dentists are paid N100 to N120k in private dental clinics, yet they complain that it's small, and each time they get government appointment, they quickly leave, let alone a consultant in a government hospital.

I have taken a relation to the hospital before. The doctors are hard working but grumble about their low pay and tough working schedule anytime you go as patient. I learnt their pay for the specialist doctors is as low as 135k. Which country pays a doctor that low when junior doctors abroad earn 1M and above.I later learnt the doctor managing my relation has left for abroad.
You must be a brother to Lai Mohammed. Who told you that a specialist is paid as low as N135k there? Even the now defunct Ebonyi State University Teaching Hospital paid ordinary house officers N150,000 then. In Anambra State University Teaching Hospital (COOUTH), a house officer is paid more than N150,000 monthly, let alone a specialist. Show us the link where you got that fake information or you keep quiet.

Show us the link to their salary information since you're sure they're paid such an amount of money. Stop talking trash. They didn't resign together. Be reasonable for once. Besides, I'm not in support of poor working condition, but to say that they resigned together is a lie.

Leadership by example. If the President cannot be bothered to fix the Aso Rock hospital which is primarily there for him and instead flies to London regularly for medical reasons, how do you expect Governors to be motivated to fix state hospitals?

so it is now the responsibility of Buhari to force your state governor to build or maintain his state hospital while you always insulting and castigating him for dabble in to any states governors mater especially yours .If Bubu is not a president if there is need for him to travel abroad for medical definitely he will go or tell me any ex presidents or wives that had not go for medical abroad tell me .Hatred had turned you people to something else which can make your creator regret making you alive .It is a big shame for alleging Buhari for not put Aso Hospital in good position by this time since past 1996 and 16 years government of pdp which you all are still regrouping and hail to come back to power.

So all of them resigned at once went home and sat down doing nothing. Sometimes I wonder if some people think at all. No doubt the pay might not be compared to what some states or even federal pay, but there was never a time 46 doctors resigned same time. Each of them resigned when the get a better offer. That is the argument

What I posted wasn't what I just made up and this doesn't need links because I heard it not from one or two doctors, if you live in Anambra, just go to any general hospital and make enquiries.

Do you stay in Anambra or you're just saying what you think is the ideal, do you know some of the doctors one on one and asked?

Oh please stop. For someone who is sick he should prioritize the clinic which is allocated billions every year and yet he flies to London months at a time and that’s all you can come up with? If the clinic is not needed then he might as well allocate the billions to something else more useful.

No I have not said Bihari is responsible for state hospitals but he is not leading by example given the aso rock specifically for him is no neglected despite billions allocated each year and he flies to a foreign country and yet you continue to play politics.
