Nobody is sure of getting it. That's just the proper way of doing things. Success only happens when opportunity meets preparedness. I started studying GMATs and current affairs the day I registered online. Also started jogging the next day. I was lucky to be called for exam. After exam, while waiting and hoping for the screening list, I checked my medicals and continued jogging. Was lucky to be called for the final stage too. In all these stages, my preparation and prayers paid off big time as the results spoke for themselves.

If Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Ojoo would be used for the selection board then screening would hold during the holiday of the students so that their facilities can be vacant for use by the candidates. So it happens during the Christmas break. Although DSSC24 happened during Easter, but with the new schedule of the Navy so that cadets pass out by October, the screening happens in December. The list should be out anytime from now. Pray, God can cause a shift for you in this last minute. But if you’re not shortlisted, it’s not the end. You can either reapply or chase after big opportunities. All the best

Training is 30weeks by standard, even in the Royal Navy; 7 months and 2 weeks.

Going through the thread I realized that the previous DSSC26 after the aptitude test takes only a week and the shortlist was released.
we pray and hope for the best.

We should not be surprise if they shortlist 8-10 candidates per state this time around. DSSC25 happens to be 25 per state.DSSC26 was cut down to 16. Let see how DSSC27 will be.

Why do I feel like NN would release a surprise list today just like the last time?�

I forgot my password ,...but I remember using my usually password but added it a special character (I can remember '&%' was part of it) which was made compulsory by the site during registration...I want to know if any one can remember the rest of those special characters.. I want to try it one after the other .
