Judges on the Investigatory Powers Tribunal declared in a majority decision that MI5 has the power to permit informants to operate in criminal groups, even if the policy itself confers no legal immunity. The case focused on powers that were only disclosed last year by then-Prime Minister Theresa May.

The dude is just blinded by hate. What this law or judgement is simply saying in relation to Nigeria is that... DSS operatives can become members of bokoharam in order to fight terrorism. Even though, the law does not provide immunity for them when they are caught or arrested in the process...
DSS lawyers have to justify the reason the operatives had to join bokoharam to fight terrorism in the court.

Please, how does this justify flagrant disregard for law and abuse of human rights the DSS Is practicing in Nigeria

You should also understand that this law is targeted on those working for other countries in the UK against UK government.
But in Nigeria we have those in government working against the progress of the Nigerian nation.
Who Nigeria police torture and extort money from Nigerians, who are they working for?
So as other security agencies of Nigerian government.
