Are we sure people haven’t gotten a response from workforce

If true, someone would have indicated here most likely though some people are on a WhatsApp group. But I think Workforce hasn't got back to us yet.

How can applications be ongoing when people have written two sets of assessment tests?

It's not a university admission where there's room for supplementary application.

You self think am grin

All to hold in two consecutive days.

Assessment center can't hold in two consecutive days. Highly impractical to say, considering the multitude that would be involved in the stage.

Lagos center had almost 1,200 candidates for the test, there were test centers in the south south and North too. That's alot of folks even though not some would make it to the next stage.

Assessment center with workforce group takes 3 - 5 hours per set and given the limited staff they have, it would take days, (if not weeks) to conduct. This isn't just guess work but from previous recruitment processes workforce have conducted this last quarter of the year e.g RMB, top talent, new commercial bank, etc.

It's always advisable for candidates while awaiting the next stage to go and read up other former Sterling bank threads here on Nairaland to learn how the processes went, duration of wait for each stage, possible questions in some stages and most importantly, to be prepared and not taken unawares. I bet many were taken unawares last week Saturday grin

Best of luck amigos

In previous Workforce recruitment processes, there has not been a pre-assessment chat (except for an "Interview" stage after test for New Commercial Bank). RMB, VFD have all been assessment centre after the onsite test. Let's see how this unfolds.

For those previous workforce exercises, how long did people wait to get to the next stage after the on-site test?

Usually we should have gotten invites for the next stage. Workforce usually completes recruitment processes within 2-3 weeks. I don't know why we haven't got responses yet, but I believe there should be a genuine reason.

so does that mean some people have received invites for the next stage and we're not aware.

I am guessing their process slowed down as a result of the festivity period.. Something tells me they'll get back to us before the end of tomorrow

Workforce don't decide the processes candiates go through for Sterling bank recruitment processes. Sterling is their client and as such, the processes candidates are going through were directed by Sterling to workforce. It's now left for workforce to make use of it's resources to provide what's needed for such stage(s).

RMB, etc processes are different as it was what they choose for their recruitment process. Things would be different for every recruitment process (e.g biometrics, pre-ac, etc) and that's what makes them different

Considering such level of recuritment this is, your guess is way off what's expected. Recruitment processes like this run into months and those who have been through similar processes can attest to this. Previous Sterling bank recruitment for ET took months. This one won't be any different. Assessment center alone would take a week or more. And that's just one stage. It's always best to go through previous Sterling bank threads and see for yourself

We're saying different things. Besides, I'm not talking heresay here. This time of the year is a unique one otherwise, I know Workforce to be very diligent with their processes.

Please let's stop going back and forth over this. Thanks.

I'm not sure we are going to hear anything from them this year, at least not during the festive period. Consider December 25 to January 1 as a period of dormancy... Most companies are stopping operations for the year already. Everything resumes after New year celebrations, i.e, after January 1st next year.

I thought of this as well. I think the recruitment process will continue next year

Left to me, instead of predicting the time workforce will get back to us, why don't we predict correct scores... for now.
