I'm seeking a 1.56m USD funding for my real estate project in Nigeria. The required fund is to develop serviced plots and sell them to subscribers and subsequently provide affordable homes in Lagos.

I already have Offtakers who have formally expressed willingness to subscribe to bulk purchase once the plots are almost ready. As my partner, you will have 40% stake in the project. Return on investment is projected at 170% in 2 years.
I'd be happy if we could work together on this project. I already have a blue print -the business plan, capital layout and revenue projections but I won't share until there is serious interest.

I'm also open to other sources of financing at 4-6% interest rate. A property collateral (in Nigeria) valued at about 1m USD is also available.
