Amateur models love being seen/shown on walkway,TV, newspaper,etc or the affiliate with big branded companies...

I used to earn 5k for modelling back in 2011 in university...


My face was put on a couple of billboards advertising fast food joints and phone shops...I also did a bit of free modelling for my student friends who were tailors... Once a while, they appreciated me with a nice meal at the faculty restaurant

Nothing. I am serious, we are just using the modeling to showcase for Sugar Daddy. The walkway is like a show-glass, you advertise your 'wares' for them, they contact the modeling firm, to bring you over, modeling firm gets their cut, you get your ****** (whatever). Been there, done that. No kidding.

Most of the so called modeling firms in Nigeria are just pimps, groping models with No Vaseline.

There is no fixed fee for models. It depends on a number of factors;

1. Your network: If you have a strong network of influencers, brand specialists etc who can market you, your chances of earning a fee can be high. That's the reason why models cavort, frolick and lick the butts of celebrities (you won't blame them either) as that is usually a ticket for fashion shows.

2. Your profile: If you're a newbie in the runway, you might not even earn a dime as you will make do with scrapping for appearance. Once you have belted a few appearances for number of high class/midd class shows, you can now command a fee.

3. Your agency: A number of the professional runway guys, are signed to fashion agencies/brands and their earnings can differ based on number 2.

In general, some models earn zilch, others well grounded in the industry can earn as much as 50k - 300k per appearance, while the high end guys, can command way higher fees per appearance.
