Azeez is a reliable seller here, he cant run away with your money or dupe you.

Logistic ish might be one of the reason your phone is been delayed but you will definitely get it. He cant refund your money coz its with aliexpress and wont be released until after 60days, thats if you dont get your phone within the period.

Just be patient with him.

Bought A5 pro from Azeez on presale had to wait almost 2months b4 getting it. You'll get your device or money if the deal falls through just exercise a little bit more patience.

Any sensible person would figure out that the so called Nobody came on this thread to pretend. He may not have defrauded anyone but it is obvious he does not have good customer care relationship.

Why would he block a customer
Why would he not explain the terms and conditions to a customer
If he had handled the issue well, the OP would not have opened the thread.

Thank you and good evening and thank you to the OP who had helped out on this.

First of all normally I do not buy online, but my Boss who is the op had told me that noobody is a reliable person and can be trusted. And my boss is a kinda of person who does not give flowery talks.

So I contacted him on that day. I told him the greviances, I even told him the reason I needed the phone urgently (I believe that was true a direct call) and he assured me not to worry that after 3 weeks my gadget would be on my palms or I'll have possession of it, If not I'll have an immediate refund. I trusted him, so I did as he demanded.

My people, 3 weeks had passed, 3 weeks turned to one month, then coming to two months. Then that's when I had to tell my boss. For my boss he believed all through these months that noobody had given me the phone, so he was less worried. When I told him he was troubled at the first instance.

So my boss said he talked to noobody and assured me to be patient and even demanded that I give him the tracking number that noobody gave me.

Noobody on the other hand had began to teach me new terminologies in AliExpress, the policy agreement and all that stuff. I told my boss and my boss was like

" what's your concern with policy agreement, that why is that guy trying to justify himself. At least if the agreement between us was stale he should forward the fund as promised he'll do immediately when there was peradventure a problem with delivery. "

After another approximately 2 weeks or somewhat. I contacted my boss again telling him the prob with my phone. He was like,

" Haba! I thought you have your phone now. "

I said no o, that even the noobody does not reply to my chat to give me updates, when I call him he tells me his busy and all that stuff. I was touched and frustrated.

Then I begged him, I told him that what he told me was that if the delivery failed, he'll refund me immediately. He said it was not his fault that it is AliExpress.

Please be the one to judge, if I had an inkling of AliExpress policies, do you think I'll send the money to get a phone at first? No!

He had assured me before I sent him the cash that I'll get my device quickly, and I believed him.

Then when the fracas between he and my boss was ongoing. I had told him that I do not like what's going on and if he can do anything to avoid all this, because as for me I've been seeing his accolades on Nairaland and I hate to see a business go down, especially if it comes from me.

He agreed I guess, and told me I should send him 15000 Naira so I can get Redmi note 7. I was like, if you knew all this, why not tell me from the beginning or does he think I'm Jeff Bezos that stock up money at a place and bring it at will. I'm what a Nigerian person would call a "Hustler."

Then that's when I told him to wait, let me ask my boss. My boss was infuriated and called him again I guess. Airing out his annoyances to him.

That's when your trusted noobody began to threaten us. I begged him that he should find a way and talk to my boss as a man but he said and I quote him.

" I don't think I'll give you any phone again, and if your boss reports me on nairaland it's a show down. "

I was so devastated and was like, "what did I put myself to. "

I told him, if not for what my phone is acting up, I would have waited for those three months ( 60-70 days) as he had said. But he acted like he was not his business and he had done all he did.

Now to the final question, all you Nairalanders judge rightly, if you were in my shoes how would you feel.

I'm sorry noobody, but I have to say this, I guess you used my naivety and took advantage of me.

You call the 15-20 people that have my problem, can you call them. Are they here to tell us how you treated them. Even if these people were true, as far as I'm concerned I have a different problem, my phone is a ticking time bomb.

So please, help me beg him nairalanders to refund my money, that's all I want. God bless you.

And not to forget nairlanders. I use my phone strictly for business, perhaps noobody is thinking I want to play game with it, that's why he is holding me with less regard.

Because of this I had missed a big major deal today. Please I also as well do not want my customers to complain.

Help me guys and talk to him because for that 2 to 3 months I don't think I can wait.

I even told him, if he can make an agreement with me by taking my bank details and all so that he can give me the Redmi note 7 and I'll refund him as soon as I get paid from my jobs. But he still said NO.

So guys, I believe I have tried all to make amends with him, to reason out with him. Please help me and tell him to refund my money. Help a Nigerian hustler.

This is one of the important information he suppose to have informed your friend about... Ask for tracking number and screenshot of the order page of your item so you can be rest assured... He supposed to have send this to you as well...

The question is why did he tell me " Your phone would be delivered from 2-3 weeks sir and if it doesn't you'll get immediate refund after that. He didn't tell me the refund would be given when an argument ensued between he and his customers and the said customer would have to wait for 2-3 months.

Please judge rightly for our makers looks upon us.

Your phone will get to you and all you need is to chill for now and have some patience..

The Dude is a highly trusted Seller on Nairaland and Customers have NOTHING but praise and recommendations..

I've had to buy things from Aliexpress and have to wait for the full SIXTY DAYS to get a refund..

So making all these noise after just 3 WEEKS is highly unnecessary..

If you or your friend are not the patient type,

Then next time proceed to a physical store and make your purchase..

Okay I accept. Imagine that you have no idea on this stuff (AliExpress policy and all) and you had given someone your money to bring your phone to you.

The person told you 2-3 weeks and you were assured and he even said he'll refund immediately, not to forget you have a phone that's bad (it switches off on its own persistently)

You were patient and waited for 2 or 3 months and the person you had anticipated the phone begins to get saucy with you. You try to talk with him and he ignores you, when you call him, he says his busy and have no time for you, no updates and all, thereby leaving you in the dark.

Tell me how would you feel, if you're not one-sided you'll judge rightly because I believe you're human.

aliexpress policy is 60days full money refund of u dont get ur phone,,, but on normal basics the phone takes 16 days to arrive Nigeria, but if its lost on transit ,they will refund after 60 days,, let ur friend wait, for 60 +10 days from day of shipping

Sometimes is even more than 60days.used my brother's card to buy stuffs on AliExpress when 2 of the items didn't come it took up to 90days before the money was refunded.if it weren't for the fact that it was my brother I would have been having fears.the op don't expect the middleman to refund with his money cos that isn't possible, AliExpress will refund him first.if you don't have patience please avoid AliExpress,that's just the summary.

First of all, he never did tell us he was ordering from AliExpress, he told me he was ordering it.

And I believe there is amazon, Junia and all to order gadgets from.

As for me, I thought he was an agent for the brand and he had his connections to bring such gadget timely to his customers.

Can't you reason this out with me, he told us that 2-3weeks he'll refund it to me. He didn't tell me that that was what AliExpress had said or given me a screenshot of what AliExpress would say.

He made an agreement and all I want is my refund and for him to follow his agreement.

And I believe you can speak for yourself because on like me, you did not have a phone that is bad and that you had major business deals to be used with the phone, that's why you could wait for 90days.

I'm the patient type, if my phone weren't given me issues, if it was 4 months the phone would come, I'll stay with it. My boss, the OP can vouch for me with that. But this is an emergency, please @noobody help me, na beg I set beg you. Please I don prostrate for floor for you, please.

Fast forward,item was shipped(which i provided a tracking number to your guy),but after 2-3 weeks i promised,unfortunately the item did not arrive,i suspected my worst fears have come to past,because at the moment,this issue is not only affecting your guy only,i have about 15-20 phones facing the same fate as well,the item must have probally gotten lost in transist,or its been delayed due to the december festive season,which shipping is usually overwhelmed.,you guy kept calling me,i kept giving him assurance that there is still likely hopes that his item arrives,the coming week.
But sadly still the item did not arrive,
So your friend,gladly asked me for a way forward,due to the fact that his current phone is giving him serious issues,i understood his plight,and explained to him that,when such issue arise,the only option left to us is to be patient and wait for the phone to arrive,or wait for the purchase protection time to expire befor we can file a dispute and get his refund for him,surely he was obvously not happy with that,
I as well gave him another third option due to his current situation which i felt really bad for,
The option was that i give him a brand new xiaomi redmi note 7 4gb/128gb,all he had to do was add 15k to what he paid earlier,and he could come pick that one up immiediately,which was a far better deal than what he would get at the current market price which sells for over 70k,.he told me it was a good deal,he wants to take sometime to think over it,and get accross to his boss,which is the OP,
Next thing i got was a call from the OP flaring up on the phone,shouting and screaming at me,saying,why hasnt the guy gotten his phone,why have i not refunded the guy and all sorts,i tried to calm the op down to explain the aliexpress process to him,but he was having none of it,he called me a liar,a dubious person,that i have to refund the guy immiediately,that he has experience with aliexpress,and he knows aliexpress doesnt have such policies where buyers hav to wait 60 days befor they can file a dispute,and get refund,
I even went as far and show him picture evidence of what the purchase protection is,but the op refused blantantly.
He later came to a conclusion that the final solution to this issue was for him to come to nairaland,with the sole purpose of soiling and spoiling my reputation on nairaland so others wont fall for the same tricks and tactics which he claimed i used on him(that was the exact op words),he insisted he would come on nairaland to spoil my name,my business,,and i pleaded with him he shld not do that,that we can always settle this issue amicably as matured people that we are,
Even the guy that paid for the phone is actually more understanding that what the op turned out to be.which in all honesty,i dont blame him for that.

Thank you, for you know I'm understanding. Everyone you can see he even affirms I'm the patient type to show you the degree of how I kept numb. Please noobody, all I ask is to follow the agreement you made with me, only IF my phone isn't delivered to me in 3 weeks time. You assured me on that, please do not think if I have this refund I'll taint your name in anyway, I'll still trade with you I promise, but as I said my phone is a ticking time bomb. Have mercy on me and give me the refund as you had promised.

Was this the reason you didn't want to give me your address in Lagos because you were anticipating such. Well that's by the way, I'm begging you, right now I'm here and my heart is bitter and I feel like crying. Please I use my phone for business and because of this I couldn't read daily devotionals, books, and even losing major business deals.

Please pity me because I believe you have a heart, find another option that can benefit both of us rather than waiting 2-3 months for my refund.

You had promised me "immediate refund" if I can remember. As a man who stick to your words, follow you agreement.

Lol, lies flying from different angles. Reason why I don't deal with most sellers on here is the communication aspect. They will call you, give you all manner of sweet talk before you make payment, but when that money lands on their account simple call to see how things are going that's when you hear different stories like I'm busy call me later, your disturbing me.
Better to order from jumia or better go through the stress yourself.

Yes most time customers phone got delivered in less than 3weeks most times. Bus sometime thing go wrong (logistics ISH) and if this happens you have to exercise patient.
