The delay is from AliExpress nothing more.

He said after AliExpress refunds him. I have same issue with AliExpress. I am yet to get my phone order since October 30th. My refund is being processed by AE. He got it wrong by not telling the buyer the terms and conditions of AE.
Except noobody will pack back with his money and wait for AE refund.

Also noobody can't refund him with his money. Why? The phone might find his eventually get to destination and the buyer already gotten his money. So who lose.

2 - Long delivery
3 - Missing delivery
4 - Custom duty
5 - Damaged delivery
6 - Faulty goods


If you have no stomach for the above, you have no place ordering from China.....

Noobody, has no place refunding till the process is gone through. Did the facilitator and buyer sign any legally binding contract?

Hello chief,there was never any said agreement or never did i mention to the op or the buyer that i would make instant refund exactly 2-3 weeks if the item did not arrive sir.
I stand by this and the op can be kind enough to show proof,i promised instant refund exactly 2-3 weeks if the item did not arrive
My mistake which i fully accepted was that i did not inform the buyer of shipping issues which might lead to us not been able to get his money back,all cos i tot he had read it on my adverts on nairaland,
I fully accept this fault and i am deeply sorry as regards this again,
Even befor the op instructed the buyer to pay me,the op himself confirmed he is awarw of delayed shipping atimes as regards aliexpress orders,i have posted screenshots of where he confirmed that below.

I want to appreciate all those who took there time to contribute in one way or the other,especially those who affirmed there trust in us and confirmed our legit ways.we appreciate you all

This thread has been a real eye opener,now we know where our strength lies,and most especially our weakness.

On the issue of weakness,especially those that complained of bad attitude,we are deeply very sorry as regards whatever our bad attitude has caused you all in the past,there is no excuse for bad attitude in a business,even thou we are humans,and might be burdened with a lof of pressure at the time those who complained of this contacted us,it might lead to some sort of behaviours which might be tagged as rude,but as stated earlier,no excuse for bad behaviour in business,and we deeply apologise for this once again.
As from this moment,we promise whole heartedly to work on this complaint and improve greatly on it,
No form of bad attitude would be experienced from our end again,that is a strong promise from us.

And as regards the issue at hand,the OP and the buyer would be fully refunded,the moment the purchase protection expires,i personally apologise to the buyer and the op for the terrible shipping experience they have experienced.

The money is 100% safe with aliexpress,as they stand as esrow between buyers and sellers..
