That person lied to u. Kaduna State civil service have always accommodate non indigenes in it workforce. Eventhough I personally wished Gov. Elrufai will share the job vacancies equally among the 23 LGA in the state like its always done in other states.

Its like you already have a high paying job and you are just seeking a job change, else, i do not see any reason why somebody would even make you lose interest in a govt job (Indigene or not).
Who is even praying to work with state govt forever. Just collect this bird at hand(assuming we all have the job already) and continue to pray and push for bigger opportunities.

guy u r right, no one prays to work with state government forever. And for the person say after 3 yrs they will lay off non indegenes for indegenes; 3 yrs work exprro8no b beans oooo. Even if they lay off u should be in a better position to acquire another cos u now have experience a d perhaps before that time some people would even leave to a better place. My opinion anyway

The State Governor and his advisers knows the risk of requesting for BVN via mail or their site. As a State, they have access to data, informations and resources others don't. Your BVN can be determined from your account number. Time alone will tell what they actually needed our account details for.
