I solidly stand with saxy4c

One trade mistake doesn't invalidate many correct trade calls

Yes He trades a lot, But he trades his plans and also plans his trade.

You say he is fraudulent, But you have got no single proof, nobody has come forward to say he defraud them.

You wonder why he doesn't trade like you, why He trades aggressively? , why he doesn't wait for confirmation? it is because each trader sees the market differently. And the most important thing is for your account to be in profit, both in the short and long term. And i have no doubt that is account is in profit.

Many pro trader will advise to trade demo profitably before going live. If you think he is trading demo then fine, everyone is entitled to his opinion but you can't deny his gains.

Saxy4c , continue doing your thing and ignore the doubters, the naysayers and like trump we say "The do nothing Democrat"

Once again I stand solidly and firmly with saxy4c

Thanks.

USDCHF.
All things come to those who wait.

What happens at 0.9700 matters.
Another one I am only interested in selling.

But I may not have to wait till 0.9700 as the daily gives me another perspective.

Another one slowly grinding towards point of interest.
We continue to wait patiently.

I taught someone said here when he's selling audusd that he's sure d pair will not get to 0.6958.
I'm not against any style of trading but I still think waiting for CONFIRMATION is a big key.

Both sl hit, 120pips loss. I'd explain something with the next trade update.

saxy4c:
SELL GBPJPY 142.10 TP: 140.00 SL: 142.50
SELL GBPUSD 1.2970 TP: 1.3010 SL: 1.2800

I love it when a plan comes together as this has hit tp with a nice 2R of 46pips. With my usual 3% risk, this trade has cancelled the loss on the GJ and GU loss even if it was 120pips. This brings me to a very very important factor that turned my trading around about 3yrs ago - taking proper risk to reward trades.

As my mentor George Soros once said, it’s not whether you’re right or wrong that’s important, [which is priority for certain people], it’s how much you make when you’re right and how much you lose when you’re wrong. Implementing a favorable risk to reward ratio can make a big difference in your trading outcome.

You see so many people selling systems like @meshpip VAP strategy with 95% accuracy but he still blows up accounts back to back. Or the ones claiming to be right 80-90% of the time, but constantly beg for investors and people who will give them handouts to trade. It made me realize that having a high win rate isn’t so important after all. In fact, it’s rather meaningless.

Most Forex traders are so preoccupied with finding a profitable strategy that they forget about the importance of a favorable risk to reward ratio which is a core part of money management. Peruse my past trades and understand that I hardly post any trade with a less that 2R return. I've leant the magic in proper risk and with that even if I lose 50% of my trade calls, I still see good profits in the account. Most importantly be wary of any trades that have higher risks than returns, that's not a sustainable trading method.

saxy4c:
So EURUSD seems to be going with the wave I posted last week so I'm taking the buy now. I normally won't trade EU but If the setup goes according to plan I'd take any pair.

Buying EURUSD 1.1076 SL 1.1051 TP 1.1122. Just looking for a safe 1:2 on this one.

A little education will be of benefit to you.

Risk to reward ratio in itself does not mean ANYTHING!

I will explain . . .

Until and unless you place your risk to reward ratio side-by-side you WIN RATE, you are not having a proper outlook of things.

If my reward is typically 3 times my risk, I only need to be right 34% of the time (win rate) to remain profitable.

When a trader talks, his depth and understanding of the simple concepts about the market are revealed.

@saxy4c, I can boldly say that you still have a pretty long way to go in understanding concepts about this market.

I don give you FREE EDUCATION now. Please learn to respect those that have gone ahead of you.

Sometimes you guys remind me why I've not mingled with my country men in trading for a long long time now. The psychology amazes me.
You mean the USDCAD that got a good 1R profit or the USDCHF that got double profits on the risk I took was not a solid setup? Why dont you trade your perfect setups and leave my faulty trades alone? All I see is daily enquiry after enquiry to guide or advice the so called newbies you claim to be protecting. You've been here for many years and you should have started a large mentoring program by now or empower more traders but no I don't see anything close to that. You think I ever want to emulate people like you? No! I don't need your trade advice. Give it to your kind that want to remain here and only castigate but have nothing to show for your vast years of trading.

djwalata:
As well on this pair,Thank God is Friday,Like my comment on this pair when Saxy4c made a buy early this week, my comment was BUY/SELL at that level( I think around 1.3130 or so then) was a 50-50 chance. Even though last week's close was a bullish one, I said I'll wait to c a close above d wick of that candle.
Now for a sell, wait to c price close below d trend line.( which is also a support). Patience is d key in this business

It's either @Edd1e has a fundamental problem with english comprehension or you need to get a bit more of education before you mention me in your comments. And I didn't get too much more formal education after secondary school so I'm not speaking of advanced knowledge.

At its core, trading alerts provide the means for a trader to be notified when a specific event occurs so the trader can take some sort of action. This action could be in the form of placing a trade or watching the trading activity of a stock more intently.

Since you're quick to condemn the very essence we are on here - to share trade entries that would help us profit
as well as learn a thing or two, how have you helped the newbies please? If you're not here to provide an alternative that works then truly take your advice and know it's not a competition. Allow me do my thing as I leave you to yours. Accost me only if a complaint of wrong doing to anyone here comes up.

TRADERS SHOULD PLEASE DESIST FROM POSTING FAKE CALLS HERE PLEASE, AND IF YOU WANT TO POST CALLS WE DONT WANT THINGS LIKE

Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 19 by peteregwu(m): 12:33pm On Dec 27, 2019
All these is wahy am trading on my own. Like I said ealiar, I discovered I learn faster trading on live account than on demo account. The reason is because whole trading with live, it deals with my emotions and make me stronger. Now I have dealt with that gradually. But if it is demo, it doesn't train my emotions. If you got skills in trading Forex and making profit, omo na real blessings from God.

I don't know if you know when you lambaste, but my methods are mine and they work for me. I've exchanged alternate views with the likes of @infofirst @PipMarshall here and even changed my bias because of their views atimes but yours is pure castigation! I have this time of response because I haven't seen any trade ro enter yet and trust me if I see 10 opportunities that meet my criteria everyday I'd filter and take th them all! It's my style, let yours work for you.

P.S.
Trading forex is a gamble, trading the stock markets is a gamble, playing in a casino is a gamble! Have you not heard of people that win back to back even in a casino because they count and know the high probability gambles to take? That's what we all do here, make your analysis and take the lowest risk opportunity. EVERY TRADE IS 50/50. They are all either going to win or lose!

My brother the power of the 61.8 and 168 has given me almost pinpoint accuracy a couple of times.
But there is one level that would always give you perfect entries with no drawdown 100% of the time, I introduce the 127 level as postulated by the indefatigable @meshpips cool

PipMarshall:

Fibonacci. 61.8 especially.
Sometimes, psychological levels.

I am not certain that the trendline will hold. I just gave my entry criteria. Another good entry will be if it breaks it now.. Then retraces slowly to the green lines while still outside the trendline or as a retest of the trendline.
