Go to the factory and buy. They will give you warranty for sure. Dont buy from middle men. They re after their profit....first they quote excess material then add 100 naira on each square meter.

I know this might be the wrong thread to post this but sincerely need suggestions from the great realtors here.

We are making final plans on setting up poultry and fish farming in Benin city, Edo state. We kindly need suggestions from people on the location in Benin where one should be looking at to buy land for the farming based on COST, GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, SECURITY( where our products won't be easily stolen) and easy assess to market or road.

We are not too familiar with Benin city though from Edo state.
