I pray never to encounter 2019 in my life again. It was a year, i set out to achieve some of my mapped out plans but instead, i am riddled with debt to the tune of 1M.
January 1st, 2019, i made the decision not to go back to my soul draining 49,000 naira job because there was no pathway within my 2/half years stay with them, it got to a point that i was using my savings to fund our construction projects despite salaries been delayed for 2-3 months sometimes .
Before quitting the job, i had invested close to 300k in a plantation farm back home, expecting bumper harvests but nature didn't have it that way, as we lost half of the farm to flood, we had to replace some of the suckers in April.
So after two job interviews between February and April with no feedback, i needed something to keep me busy , make money from and keep away wagging tongues on a 27yr old .
I spoke with my Cooperative society and my Aunt for a loan to get a car to drive on Uber /taxify platform but the Ford tokunbo car became the bane of my problem. While some of my fellow hustlers were making cool money from putting in 9hrs a day, 6 days a week effort, i was spending my earnings on fixing series of mechanical faults on the car.
The kind of upheaval my life has gone through within the past 4 months is unimaginable .
I was literally sleeping in my car after rounding up taxify's work because my roommate's girlfriend moved in.
Need I say, during this period, i lost a well nurtured relationship, i was heartbroken at first but now, i am glad we didn't end up together.
Also, i stopped going to church, my usual early morning & night prayers became closed chapters as well. God, i am sorry, please give me the will and the grace to continue seeking you and reach out to humanity in my own little way.
Life was difficult, still it is, but my faith looks up to him and i believe next year would open boundless opportunity for me.
the brightest thunderstorms comes from the darkest cloud. Don't give up on God . Help is on the way.

I won’t say I achieved my goals but above all I’m thankful. Early July I invested about 1.3m in crypto’s hoping that by December the price would be very high. Too bad, instead the price dropped so bad that my current coins worth is not up to 700k plus 300k in Account. Part of that cash was for my rent. I will just have to withdraw half of it and rent my house and count my loss. 2020 will be massive.
Crypto is good but very risky. Some coins are shit coins and secondly only invest money you don’t need for the next 1-2years. That was my mistake if not by now I should be worth atleast 1.6m
avoid all these online stuffs. do physical biz

Goal to stop procrastinating. I couldn't.
Can any body teach or give me a method to stop procrastination?

Why won't you achieve? When one guy is sponsoring your goals financially. I don't take women's success tale seriously. What's shito?

The fact that same works for your sisters doesn't mean same works for me too.

I worked and sold shito for a whole year before I could raise money to publish my book.

So pleaseeeeeeee next time mind your business and don't assume for people. If I had a man financing my goals I would've published my book two years ago when I wrote it.
Did you hawk it? You were helped by men. You know what I'm saying.

I started January with a bang, but lost momentum after January. I am not where I wanted to be but thank God I am not where I use to be. Progress was made but I know I had the potential to do far better.

I archived 10% of my goals and reach a small level of each of the other 90%

I only achieved one.... And that's getting an apartment to myself.
Debt almost killed me. But thank God I survived 2019, though I'm still in debt

All my savings were just going down.... I was really really depressed at some point, but thanks to friends and some family..that's help out.

I actually did started 2019 with a good note.... things change at mid year, july to be precise.
Debt almost finished me. I couldn't afford to buy things to myself.... I battled with debt all through till this last month.. I just pray God can do miracle for me as I don't carry debt into new year.
The debt ruined all my Goals.... thank God I rented an apartment earlier, I for dey squat with friends by now.

I know I've fallen and I've marked the spot. . I only need to get up and move on so to be ready for 2020

I set a goal to make N1,000,000 (1million naira) minimum in book sales and God helped me do it. Made over 1million for three consecutive months. I also moved in to a bigger apartment. 2020, by God's grace, I will visit three countries with my family, take my sales up to minimum $50,000 per month, start my building project and eventually jakpa to Germany.

To God alone be all the Glory. I started from the bottom, now I am here.

didnt achieve much, but just in the middle of thr year when i looked back and saw that ive not achieved anything, i decided to go after my passion for food and drinks production, of which i have helping individuals to setup their company for the past 8yrs now. So i decided to open a facebook page "KaptainChef", hoping to gather strong fan/follower base, then start producing my own product, even if its from litle. I thank God ive been able to gather up to 20,000 followers. So 2020 im moving fully to supplying my customes with my GREEK YOGHURT.

As for 2019, these are some of the goals I achieved

SAVINGS- I actually started my savings this year, to be precise the last quarter of the year and I was able to smashed past my expectation. Saving just became addictive.

SOCIAL ANXIETY-Well, for this one it has a long history. I think I made progress against it although I can't be too sure because I almost never socialise.

ADDICTION-The addiction I so much wished I could stop was masturbation. Guess what I actually did it. Although most people see it as something spiritual I actually stoped it consciously.

I stop my teaching job where I earn 25k monthly, in 2018 and vowed not to return back to teaching in 2019, but to focus on learning how to code.

Though, I suffered while learning but I refused to give up. I got a job as a web app. Developer in October 2019. Now I earn 100k a month.

My new yr. resolution is to earn 200k before the end of 2020
