Explorers:But why can't they pump water from the ocean to quench the fire? They could build artificial lakes to serve as sea water reservoirs for these emergencies. Or they could install as many fire hydrant pumps in linear or centrifugal patttern fed with underground pipes suppled with sea water across the vulnerable region. Human beings sha. We invest billions to build oil and gas pipelines but nobody is investing in building water pipelines to combat fire. Is oil more important than water? |
