PDP supporter are pathetic to the extent they do not understand this article is an indictment on their 16 years misrule of Nigeria.
From 1999 till date his Buhari selling more crude oil ? If he is not how is he able to raise trillions in the budget while the PDP was not for 16 years ?
Accountant in the house should help me with the term of under reporting income/revenue which was what PDP did to ruin Nigeria for 16 years.
With revenue unaccounted for audit might not find anything incriminating else it goes all the way to the line of production. This is why with peace in the NigerDelta n crude selling at over $100 the biggest budget ever announced in it 16 years is less than meagre 4 trillion naira but Buhari tripled that with crude selling below $50 n unrest in the NigerDelta.
This implies Nigeria always had revenue accruals of over 9 trillion but PDP always propose a budget of 4 trillion then loot 5 trillion among themselves without having to account for it.
Upon looting the undeclared half of the national budget without any accountability or audit, the wolves then descend on the declared budget n tear themselves to shreds over it. That is how Obasanjo was able to feed the wolves at the NA with Ghana must go filled with pounds yearly.
It is the reason why in 16 years Buhari is able to build PH Kaduna Abuja Maduguiri airport terminal, Lokoja - Itapke, Abuja- KadunA rail n several dams all in 5 years while PDP as nothing to show for it 16 locust years. Buhari was part of the 16 years of Corruption under PDP and buhari is still Corrupt now. Buhari is as dirty and Corrupt as any Corrupt Dog in the PDP. |
