I got my cas within 2 working days from RGU but that was in November, it would be longer now

I still think something bigger, much bigger is lurking underneath your question.
That statement about your inability to ask a commercial bank to give you YOUR statement of account .... that statement is extremely fishy... very very fishy... and you yourself you know it is fishy.

I am not an ECO, but if I’m running a company, and have seen thousands and thousands of account statements from Nigeria in the course of my job. Suddenly, I now see an account statement from some ‘funny-sounding MFB’ I will definitely flag it.

PTE Is the easiest.

But 5.5 IESTS is not something u can make if you study hard.
Go for IESTS lesson @least register for a month.
More so watch the speaking ONLINE and practice.

Search for the making scale and compare with IESTS, TOEFL you will see that PTE Is easy.

Yeah, I can imagine. I got a 20% discount from the fees because I did my MSc. there but I will be going with my wife now, so the maintenance fee is a real struggle.

Did you try the US..... a lot of their PHD programs are fully funded

If after you printed your statement you used the money in your account and it got below the amount that's suppose to be there, better start calling on your God and village people to intervene

You will need to upload your bank Statement (@least N3,000,000) £6120
Or if using the same bank Statement both of u will need +£9135 =15,255 that's almost N7,500,000 (using £490 or 500)

2) The main Applicant must first apply before the dependent.

3) Upload at least 2 Pictures of:
Pre-wedding,
Wedding pix,
Family pix,

4). Marriage certificate,
Social media stuffs and Change of name AFFIDAVIT (not necessary anyway) but never too much. It's an advantage.

5) Uplaod Dependent Tuberculosis Certificates

U will need main Applicant CAS No.
