While the other is for the media you are currently playing

I think the first is for talk back.
Like if you're on a call and playing media at the same time.
The first help you adjust the volume of the person's voice
The second help with media playback

Hi.Don't know what happened, can't receive call on my note 8. Like I can't hear what the caller is saying neither can they... It happened 3days ago, thought it was network issue.Tried calling with it today,I didn't even hear it ring till the caller picked.

Remove the casing, reboot and try again.

When you dial, try and increase the volume.

If problem persists, try using earphone

just carry ur phone carton to the police station. As the case is now,this is the only effective help we can offer u and of cause have a budget of 20-40k with u if u want a swift action from them. Sorry for ur lose though
