There is no direct retaliation iran can do than to come to Africa and be kidnapping foreign expertrate as threat to Americans and Europe countries.
The truth is even the iran citizens dont like their govt rules. These people are hungry because the economy is in shamble.

Back in the 40s, World War 2 era, Japan bombed Pearl Harbor (America), killing about 2,000 people (mostly American soldiers).
