Most nations fails to invest on their citizens and the US is capitalizing in that and is presently ruling the world, I don't want to starts counting foreigners now US citizens spear heading the US nuclear program and also those leading the battle including many from Africa mostly Nigeria.

The world is already a time bomb waited to explode, US policy in the middle east is very bad, Since September 11 attack by alqaeed terrorist organization, founded and financed by the same US, Arabian countries has know no peace..
