Nan so Nigerian will sign contract and claim "award is just paperwork"

Olodo! A contract is the foundation of any projects, you get it wrong and the project will fail before it even starts. This is why Nigeria signed a $40 million wet gas contract with the Irish P&ID company and are now liable for $10 billion and counting.

Omowe, u are even buttressing my point. Who signed the fruaded contract? Olodo like u did.
Who released the fund for the fraudulent contract?
Nobody. Because Gej that most of them used to commit atrocities was even surprised n denied.
PMB didn't bothered at all until Olodos like u hired former CJN that knw loopholes in our constitution
Where is the project? It is on paper.
What is the reasons for abracadabra? because the government failed to released the money.
Has the project bn executed? No.
Is the project signed during this regimen? No
the government that signed the project released fund for the project?

So in summary, if u are actually omowe, u sud have understd what I mean in actual sense not the abstract meaning.

Hv not read where they mentioned awarded by past administration.
What i read was awarded in 2015. Buhari was sworn in may29 2015.

Mr man you should be more concerned with who on earth in their right senses will award such an important road construction project to a Car distributor (SCOA) instead of a competent construction company.

Why all the defence of someone or year? I don't get some of you

Bros awardng contracts to either a nurse or doctor or carpenter isnt the issue.
Most contracts in nigeria r being awarded to people who dont have the knowledge of what they r getring themselves involve, they later sublet it to another contractor that will do the job.
I think that is the case here.
So if u have a brother who is in govt n he wants to contract u to do a job outside ur field u go reject am?
