It varies on the airline you choose, but 500k is not enough. Checking on Qatar airways alone, with stops, the price is around 1511 USD which is about 543k...and so on. I don't recommend Finland much, Try Sweden, Norway or other Scandinavian countries. I am not sure you can survive the cold, and the country does not have any natural resources except water and woods. But to get ticket for Finland, 500k is more than enough for plane flight. However, the question is migration which involves housing, feeding, settling down. So, capital no.
