If this is your question, Some Chinese site don't accept mastercard or intl bank transfer like 1688 you can only use Alipay to pay for your goods and China bank transfer.

Aliexpress, Alibaba, Taobao, you can use mastercard, westernunion LT bank transfer.

You can also use Alipay to pay on fartech.
