Upper iweka is the headquarters of all the touts. Let them start the arrest from there. Yesterday at upper iweka when i was coming from Asaba, a tout collected from our driver 800 naira for a ticket of 100 naira, out of which he collects 700 and remits 100 to the government's purse.
