I'll be using a combination of 3, Rhythm, Barrier plus the injection.... Definitely not this year anymore, not even in 2021, 2022 is my plan for the next baby....
Pills, calendar, Condom and injection all in one body. Then go for implanon or jadelle
All the best

Okay thank you Mama. He had rashes on his face which I used it for but continued cos the one on his forehead hasn't cleared, I noticed yesterday that he became a bit lighter, so I stopped last night but just wanted to know if Cacatin was the culprit so I don't make this mistake again.

What's causing the rashes? Is he reacting to something?

What did the paediatrician or dermatologist say? And which products are you using to bathe him? Sometimes the commercial stuff dry the skin and make any irritation worse.

It was from birth and it was worse, in fact I used to cry about it, everything the paed recommended had little or no effect until I started bathing him with the red leaves and using Cacatin anytime it appears. He has a dry skin like his dad, and the cream that works for him now is Pears moisturizing cream. Its coming on and off could be once in 2-3months. The moment I notice it's trying to come out especially on his face, I apply Cacatin and it dries up. I suspect it came out this last time cos I decided to stop bathing him with the red leaves now he's one year old. It's been two weeks of bathing with normal water and hopefully it doesn't come out again.

Sorry to hear that. You don't want to use Shea butter? It helps retain moisture and would be less irritating. If you don't mind we can chat about this on WhatsApp. My number is 080 333 561 87.

It's another brand new Year! We have all prayed and wished for a better Year.

Today is the 10th day of the year. How many of your plans have you been able to put into action?

Or, are you like the former ME, that believed that there is no difference between years that it's just a change of figure?
I changed that mindset in the 31st of Dec.2019. Let me tell you the full gist.

Like I mentioned earlier, I don't believe there is a new year so on the 31st, when it was about 40 mins to 12am, I left the church to go get snacks for my kids.

On my way, a thought was prompting me to hurry up so that I can meet up with the prayers for the new year; but I quickly shut down the thought that "what's the big deal? After all, it's going to be another Wednesday.
But a gentle thought, dropped in my mind that" if you say there is no difference in years will you be happy to go through what you experienced in 2019?

It was as if a veil was lifted off my face.. you can guess what happened next.

You have prayed, and may have written out your plans and resolutions for 2020 have you started working on it?

I know many of us may not have the financial capacity to work on our dreams and aspirations but do you know that, no one can start climbing a ladder from the top? You have to start from the bottom step and work your way up ward.

In the course of brainstorming on getting capital to start up a side business, I discovered an efficient method that's very easy to execute and I will like to share it with as many as are interested.
Just join me on whatsapp so that we can share ideas and better our lots this year.
Remember that little drops will eventually become a pool of water.

Start with what you have now and work your way up. Stop waiting for the lump sum that may not come.
Join me on whatsapp at my signature.

Congratulations ....Thank God for safe delivery.

You should eat well.rest well...clean the incision site with spirit day & night. so it doesnt get infected.
dont lift heavy things......take care of baby..don't be in a haste to loose tummy fat, it wil reduce by itself..
just don't stress yourself...take care of your incision site...if you notice any swelling or unusual pls visit the hospital...

that's the much i can remember cuz i ve been there...mine ,a part got a little swollen and was bringing out pores, had to visit the hospital so they pressed all pores out and cleaned properly again so it doesnt get infected....was very painful..but we are over it now....13months and counting...

so just take care of yourself and congratulations again.

Thank you ma. May God bless you.

Sorry about this, taking care of twins is stressful but you need to make sure they are well fed and comfortable so they can sleep well. They should be appropriately dressed that is if the weather is hot dress them lightly and if its cold vice versa, please don't kill yourself to do exclusive for them, if you are not producing enough breast milk you can supplement with age appropriate milk.

Weldone ma.
