Good day house. I lost my rn8 this morning. Suggestions on how to retrieve it would be appreciated. My mi account is signed in. I'm accessing naira land from a friend's device.
On the 9th of January, they stole mine. Security wise, my Sims in there had SIM pincode on. So they couldn't do any hanky panky with my BVN. The phone also was passworded and the Find device -Mi Cloud and Google were on. I have been able to track it to where it is. From that day till now it has moved thrice. From my few connect, I have approached SARS of that area and they promised to help by doing some finding. However, if the result is not positive. I will visit any of the Police Area command.

However, I feel sad...

My advice: Put the phone on lost mode and track or go with your receipt and pack containing the IMEI to any Area Command... It's well.

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by ElvisMcCoy(m): 6:23pm On Jan 13, 2020
Just hold till the purchase protection elapses then you can open dispute and get back your money. On the plus side, 2 of my 11/11 orders just landed 9ja today, it is already almost 60 days so never say never...

Jean007:
Guys please I made a phone order on November of last year, and it still hasn't arrived till now , should I open dispute or wait for the countdown to runout

3 to say 20 days... The dispute itself may take up to a week or two. It depends though like holidays and the rest.

C'mon, you don't need to sound that way! No one is saying you will/should be banned. They're just reminding you of the rules.
