Yesterday, a NEPA staff was about to disconnect a woman's wire because she hasn't paid her bills. The woman kept abusing and raining insult on the NEPA staff.

If this NEPA staff slapped her, I still know many reports would still hid the first part in their pocket and publisize the action's part.


The DPO's actions as stated by the OP is very wrong, but we need to know what caused the fight and the full story.

You admitted that this is 2020 but your brain is still in 2019! You want to know whether the stripping naked could be justified, right?

As much as i would want to agree with your line of thought,i still believe nothing should warrant such treatment from the Police no matter who is at fault!
The police should be seen as a conflict resolution officer rather than being bias and brutal like a ruthless soldier!
Just like what someone rightly said,if there is an issue,they should be charged to court(you dont need to be arrested to be charged to court) rather than been humiliated in such manner!

They should look for the police officers that assaulted them even if it's not the DPO, this is wrong, a tenant is owing them and refuses to pay and he now called the officers to assault them, it's the tenant that needs to be arrested.

It's either you are against violence or not against it. As long as violence remains acceptable at all, physically weaker persons would suffer it more frequently - men would beat up wives, women would beat up other people's kids, guys would gang up on guys, girls would gang up on girls, policemen/women would assault people of either gender... dont believe the story hook line and sinker when people come online to make claims .Read the story you will know alot of truth is been withheld. Just because of a civil matter between a landlord and tenant the dpo will just go to the house and start beating the landlord (when in most cases it is the other way round) .The funniest part is that this particular DPO is one of the intelligent police officer i have come across he his very brilliant and articulate i dont want to believe he will involve himself in such a mess
