Our agencies need to step up. It's not befitting for federal agencies to be losing cases upandan. If you don't have enough evidence to finish the case up, don't make the arrest yet.

You'll arrest people and they'll win you in court without any stress, which kyn nonsense be that. EFCC lost to this guy, DSS lost to Sowore, now police too has lost to this guy.


Pls kindly re-read again... Said After settlement between the nominal complainant and the defendants that's why the case was struck out.

They're just wasting time, money and effort. How can you charge someone to court without evidence? Do you expect that he won't have his arguments and won't hire his own lawyer?

na ignorance dey worry the police , a grammar speaking dunce found himself within marlians on the road because he was driving sluggishly , instead of him to just clear one side and let the madmen driving rough to passed, he came out of the car to complained in the middle of the road leaving his car to block the entire marlians convoy and his follower wey don smoke Igbo finish leaving the engine running in the middle of the road, one marlian enter the car and zoomed off with the convoy in a funny manner ,

the man went to the police to report that his car was stole ,

and police instead of charging them for constituting nuisance, decided to charge them for car theft.

Naira Marley himself was not involve oo, it was his followers but police decided to charge Naira Marley himself with Car Theft.


how do you win such case with someone who own a Porsche, Benz and more? not directly involved oo!
