They are standing down a decision on Ararume's case - meaning delaying a decision on his case. That does not apply to Uzodinma's own appeal. A decision is yet to be made on that. I must however tell you guys that there will be a new election ordered by the Supreme Court in Imo at the end of the day.

The supreme court disqualified him ..Today he asked his court to withdraw his petition since he is no longer a candidate and the supreme court granted his request. The main matter the whole world is waiting for is to hear how supreme court will tackle the issue of emeka ihedioha not meeting the electoral requirement in some lga in imo...To this extent judgement has not been passed ....so why are you making mockery of mbaka judgement ...?
