More updates..... Countering the argument, Lawyer to Senator Hope Uzodinma says the application to revisit, review or set aside the judgment of the court is an incompetent one lacking in merit. He argues further that the apex court lacks the jurisdiction to sit on appeal over any judgment delivered by the court except where cases of typographical errors or slips are noticed in the said judgment are established and in this case, no such errors have been established. Mr Damian Dodo adds that the appellant approached the apex court in the face of compelling evidence that Senator Hope Uzodinma won the election, and therefore, has asked the court to dismiss the application. Supreme Court has stood down Emeka Ihedioha’s application after listening to arguments from all the parties. The apex court will deliver judgment by 3pm later today. 3 Likes |

The judiciary is in total shambles. The present government with satanic proclivities had cheapen and bastardize the probity of our judiciary. This is just a charade and comestic approach to bamboozle Nigerians as usual. 30 Likes |

The supreme court is in a very hot sit now. Upheld their earlier decision, then they have not only set a very bad precedence but also will be ridiculed by the international community. The constitution is very clear, you must have at least 25% in 2/3 of the local governments to be declared a winner. The supreme court is not greater than the constitution of the land. In fact, the supreme court derives its powers from the constitution. The only option for the court to redeem its battered image is to order a re-run. 59 Likes 1 Share |

“There is no constitutional backing for this court to review its judgment. Therefore the decision to review is not tenable” The review is only for future purpose.. SC can not contradict itself by reversing the judgement cos if they do, all dead cases will also want to seek for SC review. It is unfortunate for Ihedioha to be among the scape goat in Nigeria political sphere 21 Likes 1 Share |

kahal29: Only Agabi (SAN) can answer that. As Christians, when we are in positions that seem impossible, we pray God to come down. We do it with utmost faith that our God who hates evil and injustice will come down. I haven't heard one person whose faith remains steadfast, HE failed. Is Agabi's faith big enough? Is his cry for justice justifiable? We will know by 3pm. 9 Likes 3 Shares |

“they did not achieve the constitutional required spread from what I have submitted.” in my own humble opinion this is the only aspect of Kanu Agabi submission that worth review..... But then Justice Tanko quickly set a trap by this..... justice Tanko then proceeded to ask “if the judgement is set aside what next Kanu Agabi responded “then the Judgement of the Court of Appeal will be held.” Ihedioha did not also meet the constitutional required spread....going back to the Court of Appeal judgement will amount to the same "error" that may require another review. At this point, the best Ihedioha can get is re-run... 8 Likes 1 Share |

Today , we looked into the key area which might give Ihedioha victory today at the court. 1. That Mr.uche nwosu was the rightful flag bearer of All Progressive Congress and not Senator Hope Uzodimma 2. The implications if this fact 1 means Senator Uzodimma didn't not participate in the 2019 election 3. That the only recognize body to announce and issue result in an election is the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC), so the earlier result presented by the police officer is void. 3. The results presented by the APC and Hope Uzodimma doesn't in any way tally with actual data or number of accredited voters in the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC) database. For people saying the court will strke out the case, they won't . They above facts needs to be addressed by the supreme Court today 3PM 1 Like |
