The truth is that the republicans are even more United than the democrats. The house election says it all.
And to worsen the whole matter, Pelosi spoilt the whole process by being biased in choosing the managers to speak.
Not only that, the Senate way of removing the president isn't by just more votes but by having two-third of the whole house in support of the impeachment.
