Yes in the long term. Comfort of usage. And if you are running a business with it it will put you at an advantage. People just want solar for enjoyment.

Solar is meant to bring relief not hardship. Solar is none affordable for the masses we all know this.
the last time I made enquiry for my wife's business I was so disappointed when the solution I enquired for was so exuberant a small business thriving to pay a 100k for a fan and probably four bulbs. it is weird.

you should have mentioned elega and don't generalise the entire abeokuta. sorry about that, I know some areas in abeokuta are really suffering this power issue, my area at olorunsogo is just a sure place at the least 12hrs on the average daily though when company wan go crazy dem dey show gengen.
besides na so dem wan kill man with bill but finally I was able to overcome the crazy billing issue my fear is the newly proposed tariff. I'm really sorry about your area.

I know sha that some places in Abeokuta dey enjoy light....When IBEDC start misbehaving, I just go to their FBK page to 'lament'....

It remains for Ogun State's government to repair the spoilt reservoir which has been bad since late June last year.....Anyway, my landlord on my recommendation don put pump since for our well so we don't lack water and even drinkable once I add WATER GUARD.

There is this area I visited in Abeokuta, I guess Obantoko/Asero. Still I left, there was no light for one week. That is real suffering.

Power back @ Abuja since 8pm last night.

Let's be realistic , though, we aren't generating enough power, and the transmission system isn't fit for purpose. And as someone asked recently, are Nigerians ready to pay the kind of bills that would guarantee light 24/7? Are we also ready to vote in corrupt free leaders, and hold the ones we have to account.?

The amount we spend on fuel alone is enough to pay our electricity bills no matter how much it is, the question is are the so called power distribution company ready to supply what we pay for? In case you dont know they are rubbing us big time and the government is aware of this.

When you leave Nigeria to another country and you read how Nigerians are happy because of interrupted power supply, you begin to wonder if Nigeria is part of the world of advancement or stone age era. embarassed

At Ijegun in Lagos, throughout December there was no light. They brought it around 3rd January and since the light they're bringing are usually low currents. Even the low current self we've not have it to. 24 hours in all

Light is generally poor in Abeokuta excerpt some areas like Okelewo, Ibera, Oke sari, Oke mosan then hill top around NOUN campus is the best.
