Shaaaaa who fed you with all this lies? Mechiigi onu!!

Hillsong34:
Iheadioha's administration focused too much on the past governor Rochas Okorocha. In August 2019, a report surfaced that he issued an order for the arrest and prosecution of Okorocha. This was greeted with widespread uproar that the new governor should tread softly.
The Ohaneze described the move as an invitation to anarchy which is capable plunging the state into chaos.

The Imo PDP also did not help matters. Rather than focus on governance, they kept too much energy on the previous administration of Okorocha and also alleged that the ex-governor left the state with a liability of N300billion.

Several attempts were made by elders in the state to resolve the face-off between the two political figures, but all failed woefully.

The supreme court should reverse the judgement, while the CJN should recuse himself? My question now is this, did the PDP say this when the same court gave them Zamfara state where the PDP candidates lost all the elective post on a platter of gold? or in the River State where all the candidates of the other party were barred from contesting in the election? PDP must first ask the Supreme court to first do this in Zamfara and River State. Then I will take take the PDP serious.

This is the assassination of democracy. Tanko abi wetin be ur name......you better step down and return to your sharia skull where you have been all your career. It’s only a man without waec result that can look at this man and appoint him a lawyer.....let alone Chief Justice......it’s too coveted for a man like Tanko who may not be qualified to be a lawyer from the past 1 year he’s been there.......then this Imo state jugdement. Please you have fired the first shot that will lead to the death of democracy in Nigeria
Step down Tanko

May GOD bless Omoyele Sowore and Nnamdi Kanu for their foresight and courage

Don't let them go to REVIEW FIRST how PDP's Ihedioha got nearly 150,000 votes from two rural local govt areas in his home area. Vote manufacturing plant (VMP), must have been built by Ihedioha in the two local government areas.

Alright, let's agree that PDP's Ihedioha used "Vote Manufacturing Plant (VMP)" to capture "nearly 150,000 votes from two rural local govt areas in his home area". Now, let's look at what the electoral act says shall we?

According to Electoral Act, for any vote to count, such a vote must be accredited. Now, my question is:

1. Irrespective of where it was manufactured from, was PDP's vote accredited or not and was it in line with INEC's accreditation?
2. Where did that almajiri born sharia hunter turned CJN who is suffering from arithmetic deficiency manufactured his 103, 082 unaccredited vote from?
3. Based on electoral Act, was the supreme court right or wrong?
4. Are you saying all the cancelled votes belongs to Sen. Hope Uzodinma and no one voted for the other parties?

As confusing as the currently trending INEC's official results of 2019 Imo State governorship election are, I dare make the following submissions pending the release of details of Supreme Court ruling:

First, a question: What happens to the duly registered and accredited voters who turned out and actually voted in the so-called excluded 388 PUs if the judges leave the issue of exclusion unattended to? Interestingly, it is highly likely that there is no PU in Imo State that would have less than 100 registered voters. So, is it legal and right for these bonafide Nigerians to be disenfranchised just because somebody didn't do his job well?

What the current electoral result confusion in Imo State shows is that the malpractices that happened in the, now notorious, 388 PUs also took place in other PUs across the state. Otherwise, how do you justify and rationalize that INEC figures added up inspite of the massive number of legitimate voters whose votes were excluded in 388 PUs. The fact is that what happened in Imo State in 2019 gubernatorial election was not election but rigging competition by the four 'heavyweight' candidates.

The bottom line is that both the permanent and Adhoc staff of Imo State INEC in the recent 2019 governorship election are a huge disappointment and were partly complicit for this electoral mess. Obviously, they lost control of the messy situation and merely 'balanced the book'.

Denigrating the Judges of the Supreme Court for the smelly mess created by fraudlent actvities of self-centred politicians is, to say least, a demonstration of foolery.

Are you saying that it is even possible that ALL voters in those 388 PUs voted only for one candidate/party?
If not, then the real disenfranchisement is by the Supreme Court of voters who did not vote for that one candidate/party.

Frankly, it is those Supreme Court Justices who are "denigrating" themselves...
If there's evidence of impropriety/rigging in the elections, the panacea is not to install the Justices' preferred candidate! SMH

PDP has come to a sorry pass indeed! Imagine a Party Chairman saying stuff like this! He is supposed to be educated and claims to be a democrat! How far away is four years to warrant a tear-down of the Supreme Court just because a decision is considered unfavourable! Besides, that decision is sound in law and logic. Secundus should at best be second fiddle in PDP administration. By the way, his penchant for making obviously bad and uninformed choices has APC presently in power in Osun State. Ogunbiyi was sure to coast home to comfortable victory against APC’s Oyetola who was secretly praying for PDP to field the dancing bear who like forever is a hard sell!
Akiika:
Bunch of cry cry babies. The CJN should resign because SC judgment didn't go in their favor this time. It's how democracy and the justice system works, if you don't trust the SC, don't take suit to them. It's not by emotion and sentiment, but by who makes the best logical argument at the court.
May power never reach these bunch of morons ever again.

Abegi, which kind of "logical argument" gives us more valid votes than accredited voters?! grin

Granted that the PDP and APC are merely two sides of the SAME criminal enterprise, but let's not stand reality on its head!

Rig yourself in, I rig you out - that's the summary of Imo state governorship election last year.
Group Ihedioha stared with inflated vote count in his home area.
Uzodinma group later found other means to outdo Ihedioha group.

Do these cretins understand that the verdict was a unanimous decision from several judges?
Didn't you read the part that says any judge that showed any form of opposition to the already scripted verdict was dropped?.

Perhaps Ihedioha was only trying to replicate the Buhari anti corruption stance in Imo. Hope you are aware that Uzodinma has ordered a probe of the administrations of Ohakim, Okorocha & Ihedioha?

Ihedioha should have himself and his lawyers to blame. They were all caught napping. Poorly done job. Judgements are delivered based on evidence and facts presented before the courts and not on sentiments. Laziness and complacency is costly.

Handle each case based on facts on ground. the mentioned states are not exactly the same, In election, it is all about people votes. where things don't add up elections are nullified and another held. I have read lots of comments here from both extremes, and what I see is that a lot of people lack sense of Judgement of what is right or wrong. What is the essence of accreditation? The Imo judgement is so obviously flawed, it left a lot of questions which even the Supreme court will not be able to give a convincing answer. This judgment will set a bad precedence especially when nothing is done to strengthen our election process. What it means is that INEC is a waste of resources.
