Tell me more about Souer inverters, I learnt there are ones with and without charger. Can the charging capacity charge 200ah X2 comfortably?
How reliable is the inverter based on low budget.

It's able to based on ur connection,rmber it's a 12volt inverter,so ur connection of both batteries and solar panels must be in parallel. From a personal experience,I can say it has served me well. Once again don't overload it and u will enjoy it.

In other word, the battery is going down the grave when it fails below 12.0 in less than 3hrs

Ideally it should run for about 8hrs before it drops to 12.1 if we are considering only the 60w load. But remember that the inverter draws some amount of power on its own while it's on.
So if we assume that it draws up to 30w, that will be about 90w total. You should still be able to get about 5.5hrs from the battery.

Obviously it’s not appropriate to use 1.5kva luminous on it, most importantly due to what we call the peak power( this peak power may lasts for few secs) when you put on any devices it uses peak power, then suddenly goes back to running power; by this I mean, if you have a 1hp ac, it can shoot up to about 2hp at start up then balance back to 1hp running state. That time it shoots up, it may damage the Inverter.

How can i reach u?

The switchover method is recommended for inverters of 1.5KVA and above. Installing a power inverter costs from 15,000 to over 30,000 Naira depending on the level of work.
Wall mounted inverter installation costs more with price starting at 15,000 Naira
