Every single member of arewa consultative forum, from their president to cleaner, is very mad.
In quiet, peaceful minna, apart from their gun-bearing vigilantes in all nooks and crannies of the peaceful town, there exists a minna town police, fully armed like the police. And they have same all over the north. Not to mention civilian task force (ctf) that are fully kitted like the military in north east and north west.
