Similar thing happened to me some years back, bought a drink and immediately handed the girl her money and sat there drinking my fanta, when I'm done as I was about to leave , she asked me for her money, ahh sister I thought I have paid you, ahh , she replied no way that i have not paid her. and started rambling, that the money will not profit me if i should eat it bla bla bla, gosh how much is even that, i guess #100 . ( Wonders shall never end, person dey pass somethings), then I told her, what if I have paid you what will happen to you,She didn't want to reply me, after that day I learnt my lesson, people are greedy in nature , they love money and want more. If I buy anything from you, if I gave you money , I will scream it to your ear,,,,I have paid you oooo, I will then get your response . or if I go to a restaurant to eat, I will only pay when am about the leave, not before I start to eat. Finally as for the girl, I left the place not paying double because I was sure I paid her , just that she forgot.

Later that day I still came back when we are both calm and we talked it over.

You should have told them to send #200 card

Back in the ol' days, I was at a Globacom concert with 3 of my road dawgs. We called ourselves 'the Goodfellas', i think we were in 300 level.

Among the people seated in the row before ours was a young lady and a guy we presumed to be her boyfriend. Suddenly, she started searching herself then exclaimed that her Glo recharge card was missing. After another round of searching, she declared the card stolen, turned around and started raining abuses on the four of us. This went on for hours and the least insulting word she used was thieves. Her yeye boyfriend even had the audacity to place a curse on whoever stole the card. We were so embarrassed and angry because we were sure that the culprit wasn't among us.

As the concert came to an end, accuser and boyfriend got up to leave and lo and behold, the missing card fell from somewhere...I think it was caught up in her dress. She started apologizing, I was too relieved to stay angry but De Niro was having none of the apologies. I had to physically restrain him from hitting the lady.

The unapologetic boyfriend, instead of borrowing sense and disappearing with his woman, stepped in to defend her. Omo I free De Niro o, everywhere bust in 5 seconds. Dem beat the guy so tey the babe leave am run.

NB: a recharge card was a big deal in those days. The lowest denomination was #750 I think.

Something like this can be very embarrassing.

That's why I carry my stun gun everywhere I go.

No time to debate with you.

You will be rolling in pains on the dirty floor debating with 400V while thinking of that day you stumbled on your dead grandfather _fucking your dead grandmother on the mat.

Nonsense. cheesy

I had always been a victim of this "you did not pay me"
Till I sat down to talk yo myself what am I not doing right
I found out that
I pay before total service is rendered
So to savour the situation, paying my seller is the last thing I do before leaving the shop
For change I write them down in my phone note pad to the awareness of the seller
Hope it helps someone

I remember when I was accused of dating Buhari's daughter.... What I passed through I can't not explain.... The truth about the matter was that she was even giving me green light and I refused her advances..... The next thing I saw was EFCC, SARs knocking on my door that bubu asked them to arrest me that I have been dating his daughter without is knowledge....

This malaria has started again

Hello everyone.

Something happened yesterday and up till now I'm still boiling from inside .

Okay, here is what happened. I set out around noon yesterday to get a new phone at Ikeja. While I was about to board a bus to Oshodi where I'd connect with a bus to Ikeja, I saw a glo Sim registration booth. I asked one of the reps when they'd leave, and she said 6 pm. I promised to be back before then to get one. On my way back, around past 5, I went there and started the process. I was told to buy airtime immediately in order for the Sim card to work, which I obliged, and told them I'd buy #200 worth.

Immediately I collected my pack, I gave another lady who works with them and sells airtime #200. She collected my card, put it in her phone, loaded it and handed my Sim back to me. I thanked her and was about to leave when she stopped me and asked that I pay her for the recharge card. When I told her I had paid already, she erupted like a volcano. She began to raise her voice that passers-by stopped and began to watch us, she called me all sorts of names, 'Thief' being the most subtle of them. Her stance when I dared leave, and leave her to her ramblings, was that of a woman who would hold a man's collar and decorate his face with prints from hot slaps. She maintained I would not leave until I pay her, despite the fact that her colleagues asked me to go. I was so embarrassed. #200 was and is not my problem, I just didn't want to san'wo omo go. Last last I had to give her another #200 before she quieted down and allowed me to leave.

Later in the evening, when I got home I put the Sim in my phone, and the first call I got was from the said lady's colleague calling me to apologise on her behalf. She said immediately I left, she saw the money and she's ashamed of herself and couldn't bring herself to calling me and telling me herself, that's she's indeed sorry... Blah! Blah!! Blah!!!

She said I should come back on Monday to get the money. I told her I don't need the money again.

As I'm typing this, I'm so angry... Even with the apology and the offer to get my money back, I still feel cheated. Some of the people who witnessed our little drama would definitely not be there when she found the money. To them I might as well be what she painted me to be.

How did I do? Was I right to turn down the reimbursement? How should I have reacted? If you were in my shoes how would you have reacted?

In the place I came from ,stealing is an abomination. If I were to be in your shoes ,just a phone call to my wicked uncle in the village she will be dead b4 12 mid night . That's how bad it is .We don't joke with stuffs like this and we don't forget neither forgive .

Lolz, @Op try calm down. Since you are innocent, and you weren't mobbed, you are good.
I was wrongly accused of stoning an old woman back when I was quite younger(some 10-20yrs ago)
It was my friend who was sitting beside me that threw the stone and he immediately said it was me as the woman looked back. I argued a bit but noticed she wasn't getting convinced. She left with an angry face sha(who know maybe she be winch and is the reason I never get money like dangote tongue)
I think such are bound to happen occasionally tho. You are alright, you go calm down eventually.
No matter how you boil, e nofit cook yam tongue

One Thing That is the problem with Women
Is Lack Of Logical Reasoning
To Jump into Conclusion without proof
To Act First then Think/Regret Later
80% of False Rape Accusations are from Women..
Your Wife will accuse you of sleeping with house girl
This is why Islam do not give Women Rights to do certain things.
You need Logical Brain to rule the world
Emotional Brain is for Women and Kids
..
Everything about Islam is backward ..

Never have i been accused wrongly.

Perhaps I've lived an honorable life.

It pays to be real, truthful and honest, i know i don't have a billion naira In my bank account but looking back the life I've lived in relation to what people say about me behind my back.

I must say I'm proud of my reputation.

Based on the order of the Peaky blinders.

I remember during my 200l days, I was accused of stealing my neighbor's phone. All suspicions traced to me as i was the last person to touch the phone. He didn't take it lightly. He had me arrested. The phone then was one cheap kpalasa like that. (Flip up- Bird). That's the first time ever I would sleep in a cell. I was disappointed in my parents having to find out so I didn't inform them on time. After 5days, I had no choice than to tell my roommate to inform my parents. My father didn't even show up. Only my mom did. She swore heaven and earth that her child would never engage in such act. Eventually, the case ended after my mom bought my neighbor a new phone and all that.

10 years later, my roommate confessed to stealing the phone, my money and several foodstuffs. I just weak.

This is not a good story. Beside both your neighbor and your room mate are heartless.
