There is a time for literal and there's a time for not to be taking literal. Two bears literally came out to attack the young men. Elisha was not a baldie in the real sense, but had to shave his hair off denoting his separation to the prophetic office. This is what the young men know, and so they shooed him off and away. It was this book that did make me realise what "believing" meant, and showed me I wasn't one. And on reading it to the end I did become an atheist, as in "an unbeliever".
