Pls i need help .. from the Fiverr gurus ..i was told to verify my identity on fiverr ..pls i have tried my passport twice now and got rejected twice ..i only have one chance left to verify my account ..pls what do i do ...my passport is very legit..i got it today from immigration office ... I snapped it with a 40 mp phone .. Nokia 7.2 .. what am i doing wrong ? ..pls help

Contact support and ask what you're doing wrong. Explain everything in detail to them + attach the passport you're submitting to them. You can only blur out sensitive details. They would assist you.
