Amuetoka is not a good idea.
It's not good if we allow the North think we want to challenge them.

Remember that it is them that the British gave this country over to.
They are our masters.
Anything they say is right.

We have given them Kwara and we survived.
What is wrong if we allow them take Ogun and Oyo?

Aunty Labisi always said that "stronghead will take you nowhere".
Please my fellow Westerners should ditch Amuetoka and allow the Fulani herdsmen graze anywhere they want.

As a Biafran supporter, I like this. Anything that that makes the caliphate shake with fear is good. I never knew Yorubas had any sense of self determination. May be this is a start

Instead of all this rallies, why not go the court of law and challenge the AGF. I know the police are always resonable most times with few exceptions to charge criminal elements to court, but how do you empower vigilantes who might not give recourse to the court of law.If they are been are been supervised by the Nigeria police better still the Nigeria Army I got no qualms.
no mind dem why do we have laws huh the FG refers to the constitution why don't you do same. this is how you start what you can not finish

The Governors are taking care of the legal part of it while the people are taking care of the political part of it. If this matter is left to be a purely legal issue, the South West will be made to negotiate from a point of weakness but with rallies like these, the federal government will think twice before taking any further reckless decision.

AMOTEKUN IS HERE TO STAY. NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER!
Gbamsolutely!!!
For how long will we look on as Barawo bubu invites his Fulani brothers from outside Nigeria to steal our ancestral land?
Not forever. Enough is enough!

Despite the attempts by some security agencies to intimidate the Yoruba nation, the people still trooped out in their hundreds and thousands to make a statement on the streets of Oyo and Ekiti.

On Amotekun, we must stand! No going back.

AMOTEKUN IS HERE TO STAY!
D turn out is impressive. I wish Nigerians can always turn out like this to challenge bad governance

What went down wasn't protests but solidarity walks across the SW states. Plus, the SW governors can't challenge the AGF because neither has gone to court yet. So the question of 'challenging' the decision does not apply.

The AGF is not the law but the government's lawyer. Simply put, he is only able to advise the government on legal matters and not interpret the law.

And the fact that he rushed out only meant he was testing the water. The FG will shoot itself in the leg the moment Amotekun goes to court because the dust of Hisbah and civilian JTF will be raised and that means either of two things; Hisbah will be scrapped just as Amotekun will be scrapped, meaning Sharia will stand on one leg in the North as there won't be enforcers or that the SW governors will win in court which will trigger other regions to float theirs, meaning the excesses of Fulani activities will be curbed in full force.

It is a calculated move against the FG and it is a win-win for democracy either way.

Interesting. Nigerians, especially my fulani brothers have nothing to fret about. I'm a typical ekitiman and I love the nomadic herders. We have had them for centuries in Ekiti and environs. They were peace-loving. My dad would give them roasted yam as they grazed their cows past our farm without touching a single yam leaf. Some of them were neither Christians nor muslims...I rember one man we used to call Dangana. His son ended up schooling in one of the public schools in my town in Ekiti because his dad craved western education. I hope the boy is successful today. The last time I saw him was in 1992 during my school's inter house sports competition. I learnt he later went to school in ABU.

However, there are some bad elements amongst them who were sent out to create mayhem in our land for the reason best known to them. Those are the criminals we wouldn't want to pitch our tent with because we can't afford to wait until people are being slaughtered in their houses before we act. They've started this rubbish on farmlands already ...never again!

Law abiding fulanis are safe. We will protect them, their cow and family from harm.
Amotekun is here to stay.Only the evil Fulani that are here for their devilish agenda would be afraid .The law abiding ones do not have anything to be fear. I am from the SS and I say kudos to the people of SW.Those opposing this wonderful initiative can go hug transformer..

Before I comment, Pls what's the meaning of Amoteku.
This is a time for reflection in our dear country. As it is now, Yorubas hv now known who their enemies are.
Secondly, this Amoteku of a thing has shown that the power belongs to the masses.
In Amoteku we believe and in Amoteku we stand.
Ndi ebeanyi (my people), let's create more awareness, naija belongs to us not fulani.
