It is not a matter of students loosing, it is time to do the right thing. To me even if it involves strike, the students should be behind the government this time. The lecturers will be tired and loose their pride.

FG has released a circular mandating the Director of Cash Management to stop salaries of tertiary institutions workers not enrolled in IPPIS platform. See circular below

You will see ghost lecturers now.

The VC of any school who fails to comply should be sacked with immediate effect.. FG should announce staff recruitment should ASUU goes on strike.
The students shouldnt suffer this time.

The Union made a submission to the President of the country, he then directed the minister of education to act on the submission and report back to him. The minister has been having meetings with the Union and all of the sudden someone is bringing this on.

Someone in the Villa is not happy with the progress been made in resolving the issues by minister of education.

I heard the universities were caught red handed recruiting staffs to fill the spaces ghost workers used to occupy. Buhari will nail them with that alone.
I know an institution where close to 600 people have been recruited between October last year and now. As at last week, letters were still being issued. Some 'slots' were sold for very high amounts while other slots were given out as bribes to highly placed officials to keep sealed lips and looj the other way. Curiously, the employment letters were dated December 2018 while the recipients are yet to assume duties but have been hurriedly smuggled onto the IPPIS platform!!!....NONE OF EMPLOYEES WERE RECRUITED ON MERIT........in a tertiary institution!!!!!

Most Nigerians are too criminally minded. Government has to be firm to effect radical change from the any previous dubious way of doing things because the resistance will be fierce most especially from a strong body like ASUU.

To everyone reading this,

What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world but looses his soul, what shall he give in exchange for his soul.

If you are reading this and you don’t know Jesus yet neither have you accepted him as your lord and saviour, I welcome you to receive him into your life.

You are the reason why he died many years ago.
Yes you. Apostle Paul said “this is a reasonable and accepted saying, that Jesus died for sinners of whom I am a chief”

Please don’t allow his death to go in vain over you.
He loves you , he really does.

You might be a church goer, it is of no use if you don’t have a relationship with the owner of the church.

Rev 3:20 He stands at the door of your life and is calling you to come now. Please answer this call and be saved.
