You are wrong. The business is more like a family business.

He is not the original founder. It was founded by a woman, who died long ago and he then took over at a point, so quite naturally another of the family member will shoulder the responsibility. As a matter of fact all their staff which total about 20 are family members or related to the family.

The business will only take a break for few weeks and activities continue as before.

I merely stated a fact. He certainly could not have known about the collusion between the robbers and the police unit... I wasn't putting any blame on the dead, merely pointing out how deeply compromised and corrupt our security outfits are!!!

The founder of Olaiya in Surulere has been long gone, alongside her husband- but the daughters are doing a very good job running the business. Remodeled the HQ and set up two other branches.

If managed by a serious minded offspring, it will still be there in years to come.

God punish the killers very well. I never wanted to leave Nigeria, but I am beginning to consider it like this.

so unfortunate, insecurity and senseless killings every day...to stay alive in Nigeria now is by the grace of God...if indeed when he reported the matter and it was kept low key then the killers are close to him or even among the people he reported to...organised crimes are difficult to solve....sad... hope he did not boast to people that he will deal with the robbers, because the robbers most likely know him very well and maybe are among those who throng his restaurant....
