And a more severe programming, is when you think, act, talk and behave like an American, when you see America has the good and saviour and other countries as the bad and villains. When your definition of civilization is entrenched in the American way of life. When you perceive your culture or people as being primitive and Americans as being civilized. When your definition of America is original and anything else is fake. When you think you more less of a human and America are more of humans.
