All are very competitive. Just do your best and pray. Prayer is the key to securing this PTDF award.

The countries are not the ones in competition. The game is between you and the folks from your state of origin.

I was surprised to see some powerful scholars' profiles from the North. You'd think competition is lesser in the North but it's not.

My NYSC certificate is in view can I still apply?

I did apply years back when I was serving. I uploaded my call up letter in place of NYSC certificate and luckily, I was invited. It costs nothing to apply by the way.

True but there's no way to confirm, I can't change my WAEC or Class of degree maybe this year will be different with a bomb SOP.

just one. It's either UK or Germany, China, France and Malaysia

You need a good supervisor! You may need to be careful with UK, they are after your money and if you are unlucky supervisors can mess you up!

IELTS is not required by PTDF in anyway, however the schools you are applying to - either Germany or UK may require it depending on their english language requirements, so you should research that
