Oh really? Did they sound like there's still hope for your Feb 15 resumption date?

Without been told he should know Feb 15th resumption is unlikely..even if he gets AD with tomorrow date.

Don't you think they would have told him that immediately if it were to be so. For them to have told him he should exercise patience, isn't that a good omen, at least?

Wow... have u ever come across anyone who got AD and students visa under 2weeks.

Even when things were simple it still take minimum of 4weeks to process the visa.

Embassy officials re trained to keep the public calm even in a difficult situation.

So nothing like good omen or bad omen

Getting visa in 2weeks need more than miracle

Yeah, the goal is just to keep the hopes high. The outcome of this issue will still be funny, it is possible that everyone would receive what he/she believes. Even if everything doesn't seem right, it doesn't cost anything to still believe.

My simple advice

I was at the embassy this morning in the guise of certifying some document hoping to get more information on AD. The last time I sought for advise from NLs concerning a category A booking since 10th of Dec with enrolment deadline of Feb 25th. My question then was if AD, visa etc is still feasible within the short period. Most here on NL suggested that I cancel and rebook.
The lady who attended to me for the certification also confirmed that it's unrealistic that I must cancel and reschedule since I now have another AL with deadline in April.

Just trying to narrate my experience and not to discourage anyone.

Thank you and let's hope they fix this AD issues on time.

Good day guys! I just got admitted to berlin school of economics and law, though I’m in Germany already I will be relocating from Bonn to Berlin anyone that has suggestions on how I can get a decent and affordable accommodation in berlin should please throw some light as I am yet to find any available room on studenetswerk.
Thanks

You can stay at Generator Hostel in the mean time but try to go to the Studentenwerk office and complain bitterly to them about the accommodation issue. You can also check wg-gesucht.de
May God favour you.

Why not calm down man? Desperation is making you shoot yourself in the foot.

I can feel why you're pained about this AD and I do not wish the German embassy blacklist you but your actions of inciting others into joining your 'rebellion' against the German embassy is bound to sabotage other people's visa opportunities. Worse is you insult people trying to talk some sense into you.

Someone has just suggested trying to contact the German ambassador to Nigeria. Why not channel your brain into contributing or maybe improving such positive suggestions?

Of course I'm writing this with the assumption that you have a functional thinking faculty. I won't be surprised if you prove me wrong.

You're a wise man
To those following Coldie or whatever his name
You are just wasting your time cus nothing you do or say will change what the embassy has planned to do
Not even reaching out to whatever ambassador

The embassy is autonomous and doesn't answer to Nigerian ambassador to Germany.

Coldies suggestion will even frustrate you more than what is currently happening.

Not to kill anyone's spirit
But the close of a door might be the opening of another I know how you all must feel and I feel the same way after investing so much time and money to no avail but please don't be so blinded by what's going on and forget other chances of leaving this country that doesn't have anything to offer. I wish all of us the best at the end of the day just pray to God that whatever step you take let it favour you in the long run.

Try those countries that are now easy to enter
Because later on they too might close up. Don't just wait for Germany and keep applying every summer and winter only to meet disappointment.

Good afternoon my country people.

Good day guys. I’d like to first admonish us all not to give up on the German dream. As the saying goes. This journey is for the valiant. You just cannnot start this process and get cold feet midway. One thing I’ll say is never Give up. I am testament to this.

During the process we may get frustrated. This is normal as humans. But we should be careful of what we say especially on this forum. I can categorically tell you guys. That these people are no strangers to what everyone posts on here. They see these things, check emails and take notes. That I assure you.

We will all get there with steadfastness and prayers. In the end the struggle will be worth it. With the little time I’ve spent here i can say America has got nothing on Germany. Security, standard of living, Minimum wage, Health Care. Just name it. (Learn the language and you’re good to go). Most people who’ve had the mind of relocating once they get here will change their minds once here. Please note this is just a personal intuition and everyone has a right to theirs. Thanks!! And never stop pushing.
Vielen Dank
