But wait oo, did it not say, Church, LGA or hospital. It clearly suggests that some churches issue certificates. I once attended a parish that had a clinic. Some churches may have health centres that offer certain health care services, which could include maternal services. To this effect and i nthe spirit of enlightenement i refer you to the attached document issued by the Immigration and Refugee board of Canada-A response to a request made by someone. Read it, and i hope you adjust your opinions accordingly.
