Yes, until the federal government gives them autonomy. Unfortunately,that hasn't been perfected yet. All we hear is audio autonomy lol. Governors' hands would fall once this is done

I guess you were in coma when the supreme court declared it illegal for state governments to remove duly elected LG chairmen
