Prof Zulum, you stand out as a politician. Your type is rare. God keeps you. I imagine you as Nigeria's president in future. Kudos to you as a Governor of Borno state in just eight months. |

What are they gonna do with the planned tax increase of Vat? Roundtripping? Gather enough money to be used for financing next general election? Or to continue the embezzlement of public funds without remorse? Until we are ready to tell ourselves the truth in this country, we wont move forward. You cant keep doing the same thing since independence and expect a different result. Some people of privilege in authority think when they embezzle public funds they are securing their families and themselves from attacks. What they fail to realize is that the vice you refuse to take today will eventually haunt you. There were times in the past when travelling with security detail was enough, but is it the same recently in Nigeria? Everyone is beginning to feel the heat. We can't continue this way as a nation. People need reassurance that they can be able to conduct their business across Nigeria without fear or uncertainty. Some 1 Like 1 Share |

As a political ruler, you don't need to do the right thing; all you need to do is to hire hungry political jobbers like and he will make your failure to look like an achievement even to the detriment of his life and that of his entire family. Just pay him stipends and he will sing, dance and play the fool for you. |
